One of the famous daughters of TV stars Duane and Beth Chapman recently took to Instagram to share insights into her weight loss journey. Via a series of posts, which include a photo and two videos, Bonnie Chapman revealed a noteworthy transformation that juxtaposes how she looked at the beginning of this year (2024), in 2023, 2022, and 2021.

In a collaborative post with health clinic Morph Health & Wellness, Bonnie, whose jawline and cheekbones appear to be more prominent, revealed that she has lost 58 lbs in the last 10 months.

She credited her weight loss to both Morph Health and the diabetic medication tirzepatide. Tirzepatide is similar to semaglutide, although they are two different medications that don’t work on all the same receptors in the brain. Bonnie elaborated on why she turned to tirzepatide, “The thing is, I have PCOS and it has made losing weight impossible my entire life.”

Bonnie recalled how the last time she weighed how much she does currently was when she was prepubescent, adding, “I am really proud of how I got here. Tirzepatide also taught me how to make healthy weight decisions and healthy goals about what I’m putting into my body.”

The internet personality went on to describe how at times, in the past, when she would eat something too sweet, she wouldn’t feel great afterward.

She then realized that in order to feel good 24/7, she should be consuming food that she would be “proud” to admit to eating.

Bonnie noted how the combination of eating healthier and using tirzepatide has helped her significantly. She highlighted how the medication has assisted her in processing what she eats more slowly, which allows her to stay full for longer.

“I am so in love with the results. I am able to look at myself in the mirror and feel so proud of where I’ve gotten. I am at my goal weight. I don’t know if I would want to be any skinnier,” expressed Bonnie.

The 25-year-old went further to clarify, “I think if anything, I want to tone my new body and I want to make sure that if I do have any fat that’s residual, that I am able to get it off, but I wouldn’t be at this point without tirzepatide and Morph Wellness.”

Bonnie also shared how Morph Wellness has been with her every step of the way during her weight loss journey, noting how her nurse at the clinic readily answers any questions Bonnie may have.

“Thank you @morphwellnessmd for helping me make these dreams a reality ,” captioned the young adult alongside her post.

In April, months before she posted her weight loss video, Bonnie shared an Instagram reel displaying her trying on different bodysuits from women’s activewear brand OQQ.

As she tried on different looks, Bonnie revealed that, at that time, she weighed 159 lbs, and mentioned how she would opt for a large size when shopping for the bodysuits.

While turning and posing for the camera to show her followers closer glimpses of how the bodysuits hugged her figure, Bonnie would occasionally tug at the front of her black jeans to emphasize how much weight she lost.

Social media users were quick to share their reactions upon seeing Bonnie’s transformation, with many showering her with praise.

“Nice work, Bonnie Jo . You look very healthy and beautiful too! Love your positivity ,” commended a fan, while another echoed, “Almost didn’t recognize you! Good job you look great your mom must be proud of you from heaven! .”

Adding to the compliments, an admirer penned, “Weight loss is commendable.  Bravo to her!!” “She looks amazing,” swooned a fellow fan.

One admirer, who thinks Bonnie looks beautiful regardless of her weight, wrote, “you [sic] were gorgeous before the weight loss and after, but glad you are on a journey to improve your health!!!!”

On the other hand, some people expressed that they don’t notice a difference in Bonnie’s appearance. “To me she still looks the same!” remarked a user, while another, who directly responded to a before and after side-by-side photo of Bonnie, pondered, “Which is before, and which is after? I can’t tell a difference.”

Others compared Bonnie to her late mom, Beth, with comments like, “She looks a lot like her mom,” and “She looks like Beth, her mom! Beautiful! .”

Beth, who was well known for starring alongside Duane in “Dog the Bounty Hunter” and other spinoffs from the show, passed away in 2019 after a nearly 2-year-long battle with cancer.

According to a Chapman family spokesperson named Mona Wood-Sword, Beth died at Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. She had been diagnosed with throat cancer in September 2017 after getting a persistent cough checked out.

On what would have been Beth’s 57th birthday, her lookalike daughter shared a heartfelt dedication on Instagram to commemorate her mother’s memory.

Alongside a beautiful photo of Beth Chapman, Bonnie stated, “This day always breaks my heart. Another reminder that you aren’t growing older, another reminder you won’t be there for milestones in my life.”

Bonnie Chapman went on to highlight how with each year that passes without her mom, a piece of her heart breaks.

She concluded, “Thank you for the time put into raising me. Thank you for showing me what strength looks like. Happy birthday mama, this day will always be yours now and forever.”
