The 46-year-old has been keeping fans up-to-date on her recovery from the operation, which she underwent in Turkey last month.
Today former glamour model Katie and JJ, 31, went for a day out in Norfolk and she took to Instagram to share a snap as they sat down for a pub lunch.
The mum-of-five looked fresh-faced in the photo, which showed her beaming and looking off camera.
She had her dark hair piled on top of her head and wore a white vest top and gold jewellery.
Katie captioned the photo: “Family day out in Cromer and had to pop into @wheastrunton. Amazing food and atmosphere.”
She and JJ sparked rumours they’re engaged when she was spotted wearing a huge sparkler in Turkey last month.
They later fuelled rumours when they were seen shopping for wedding dresses together.
Today Katie gave fans an update on her progress, confessing she’s struggling to see after the procedure.
She told fans: “Do you know what, my eyes are still a bit blurry from surgery.”
Running her finger underneath her eye, she admitted it was still “sore”.
In a separate surgery mention, Katie insisted the procedure was painless and said going under the knife for a boob job was much worse.
Katie has also insisted her face is on the right track.
In a recent a post she wrote: “Face healing so well.” Katie then thanked her surgeon and branded the medic “sooo good”.
